Privacy Policy

Nexo Life Manager ("Nexo", "we", "us") is a personal life manager. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data. Email address and name, used to sign you in and identify your data.
• Content you create. The people, dates, notes, todos, reminders, moments, lists, groups, photos, and other content you save in Nexo. This is the heart of the product — it stays tied to your account and is not used to build profiles for advertising.
• Diagnostic data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) and aggregated analytics about how the app is used. We do not sell or share this data.

How we use it

• To run the app and show you your own content.
• To send transactional email (sign-in, reminders, important-date alerts) from support@mellison.dev.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Tracking

Nexo does not track you across other apps or websites and does not serve third-party advertising.

Sharing

Nexo is single-user. We do not sell your data. We share data only with vendors strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, image storage), under standard data-processing terms.

Retention

Your content is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. If you have trouble, email support@mellison.dev.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any content you've created at any time.
• Disable biometric unlock from in-app settings.
• Disable notifications from your device's Settings → Notifications → Nexo Life Manager.
• Delete your account and all your data from Settings → Account → Delete account, or request a copy by email.

Children

Nexo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
