Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Nexo Life Manager (“Nexo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

• You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Nexo.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your content from our database.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nexo to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Upload content that's harmful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam, phishing, or other unwanted messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

Everything you save in Nexo — people, notes, photos, todos, reminders — belongs to you. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. We process it only to run the app for you. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

AI features

Nexo includes AI-assisted features (reminders, summaries, suggestions). AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as a helpful starting point, not a source of truth — especially for anything medical, financial, or legal. You're responsible for what you do with it.

Beta status

Nexo is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We'll do our best to keep your data safe, but you should keep your own backup of anything you can't afford to lose.

Pricing

The app is free during the open beta. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll give you notice before any charges. Founding members get a locked-in rate.

Disclaimers

Nexo is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be retained indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexo and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using Nexo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or where required by law. We'll notify you by email when reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
